First day of blogging......

I have heard a lot about blogs, but only read very few, but I have come to realise that this can be a good way of sharing things, which perhaps you cannot with somebody else....so, here we go...

have you ever seen a company, where :

• CEO can spend half a day with a fresher
• Where asking for KRA's is taboo
• Company goals are not defined
• There is no Org structure
• Despite people not having any work, are not relieved of their duties, if they get something better
